All listings included in the directory at InTune Karaoke of Columbus Ohio must meet the following guidelines. By posting a listing, you agree that it is in compliance with these guidelines. We do not wish to censor the listings, but in order to prevent abuses, and to keep this forum comfortable and appropriate for our general audience, which includes people of all ages, races, religions, and nationalities, we reserve the right to remove any listing found in violation of our terms and conditions. Any listing found to be in violation of these terms is subject to being removed immediately and without prior notice. No refunds will be given for listings which are removed due to violation of these guidelines.
By posting a listing here, you agree to the following statement:
I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and will be solely responsible for the content of all listings that I post on this website and that I will indemnify InTune Karaoke of Columus, Ohio and hold it harmless for any losses or damages to myself or to others that may result directly or indirectly from any listings that I post here.
You further agree to the following guidelines:
- No foul or otherwise inappropriate language will be tolerated. We personally check for foul language and will strip it from listings, but if you try to get around this, your listing is subject to being removed immediately and without warning.
- No racist, hateful, or otherwise offensive comments will be tolerated.
- No ad promoting activities that would be illegal under the laws of the state or province, or the country of domicile of Black Professionals of Ohio shall be allowed. Similarly, no ad promoting activities that would be illegal under the laws of the state or province, or the country of domicile of the person posting the ad shall be allowed.
- Any listing that appears to be merely a test posting, a joke, or otherwise insincere or non-serious is subject to removal.
- To have your email address will be added to our mailing list. You agree to receive paid advertisements from our sponsors. Your email address will NOT be sold or otherwise distributed to others.
- InTune Karaoke of Columbus, Ohio reserves the ultimate discretion as to which listings, if any, are in violation of these guidelines. No refunds will be given for fees paid for listings which are found to be in violation of these guidelines.
